Stock Items

If your item is in stock, I will aim to ship within 2 to 3 days. 

All stock items 2 to 3 days + delivery.

Delivery

I offer a fixed rate shipping service with Royal Mail at £4.99. Free delivery over £100.  Larger orders may be split into smaller parcels. Shipping overseas may be possible, please get in touch to discuss your situation. If your items have not arrived please get in touch.

 

Collection in Person

 

If you live local and would like to collect in person, please wait for confirmation that your order has been completed and is ready. I will then contact you directly to arrange a suitable time for collection from our home. 

You will require your order reference when you visit.

 

Payment Methods

I accept payment through my website via Worldpay (Visa, Mastercard and AMEX) and Paypal.

Returns and Refunds

Refunds will be considered if an item is faulty, please contact me and allow me to rectify the problem, I want to offer the best customer service.

Returns are accepted within 14 days. Items must be returned in new condition and in original packaging, the customer is responsible for their own return postage and all postage costs are non-refundable.

Refunds are not accepted on personalised items, this does not affect your statutory rights.
